Adam has over 15 years experiences in the Bulk Liquid Storage / Downstream Oil & Gas industry sectors. Adam's previous roles have included Director, Head of Terminals & Engineering Manager. His career has been fast passed having started in the industry as an Advanced Multi-Discipline Engineering Apprentice and progressed through a number of technical roles in Engineering and Project Management, then onto Senior Management and Leadership positions dealing with Board Members, Company Owners and Business Financiers and Investors. Adam was an active member of the Tank Storage Association Council for over 5 years and is well connected throughout industry. 

Adam's innovative & pragmatic approach has enabled him to successfully deliver complex strategic business projects, sustained operational excellence models, business transformation initiatives & cultural change programmes for businesses.
